Where was I? Oh…
April 12, 2009Hi there! Sorry I haven’t posted anything for the past few weeks. I was on TURO (Temporary Ukay Restraining Order - as my boyfriend and I call it) during my thesis weeks, so I’ve got nothing to post. But God, I miss shopping. And now that everything’s set and done (I’m graduating!!!), it’s time to treat myself.
We went to Baguio this Holy Week. Yay! It’s the perfect chance to visit the infamous Baguio ukay grounds. what made it more fun is that my mom shouldered my shoppin. Yay! (free clothes ninuninu ohohohoho)
I got several vests (again), and two pairs of boots. Oh, and I also got a blue blue and white lolita costume - yet another addition to my ukay-found costumes. I’ll be posting pics in a few days, got to wash them and ‘model’ my new stuff.
SHARE!: Word got to my relatives that I shop for ukay stuff, and they couldn’t believe that I get those clothes for such cheap prices. My cousin-in-law, who only shops for branded (so-called class A) and basically expensive stuff from ukay shops, couldn’t believe that I get high quality branded boots and clothes for low prices.
On our second day in Baguio, she asked me to join her to go ukay hunting. That’s when I got two vests and a lace dress.Oh, I also got the boots.
On our third day, I asked my mom to go to SM Baguio with me. Guess what, we went to the ukay place first! She asked me to look for certain stuff. We spent an hour or so there (it was tiring!) then went to SM.So now they’re using me. Haha.
