Jessica Simpson (I love BNY part 2)

I’m too distracted to make a proper post. And this is probably my weirdest post ever. So please bear with me as I unleash my weirdness.

Remember this Jessica Simpson mishap?

After finding a mini (see my previous post), I found a pair of jeans that are far from being ‘in’. And my inner weird told me to buy it.

Oh yes, let’s go 80’s with these ultra high-waist jeans a.k.a. Mom jeans. I know its not the ‘in’ thing today, but what the heck, I don’t exactly follow trends. Besides, I’m skinny enough to wear this without looking like a Jessica Simpson mishap. Who made her wear that outfit while she’s on the fat side anyway? Oh well, she still looks pretty to me.

Actually, I bought these jeans because I wanted to see if it just looks bad on a chubby person and if it’ll look good on a skinny person. I’m still unsure though. I guess the only thing that made Jessica Simpson look bad in that photo were her flabs protruding (and bouncing?) when she moves.

Well, I think I can work this.  Anyway, if I get tired of wearing them as high waisted jeans, I could always wear it with my shirt untucked.

Aaand, because it’s a Jessica Simpson themed outfit, I decided to go overboard and took out my wig:

I look weird, I get it. But I’m feeling a little crazy right now so I decided to go ahead and post this pic. I’ll be laughing at myself for the rest of the week.

Final note: It’s a BNY outfit! Yay! Also, I will be selling a filigree locket just like the one I own. I have one at hand, ready to ship if in case someone wants it. It’s not up on Laced by Hand yet though.
